Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientations and update personnel files.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits departments to ensure compliance.
- Answer general HR inquiries from staff and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
