Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Answer general HR inquiries from employees regarding policies and benefits.
- Assist with payroll processing and leave management requests.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent sources.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and manage the interview calendar.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Organize and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment channels and top talent.
- Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
