Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and customer interactions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (rotating schedule)
- Assist with IT asset inventory management and system updates

Qualifications
