Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including logistics and catering.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory.
- Assist with client relations by responding to inquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with research and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
