Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for executives, arrange meetings, coordinate travel logistics, and prepare itineraries.
- Communication Management: Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails; draft correspondence and internal memos with a polished, professional tone.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a pristine work environment.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of large-scale events, client meetings, and internal projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, filing systems, and databases using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and teachability.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
