Responsibilities
- Assist in Campaign Management: Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Content Creation: Help draft engaging blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters to boost brand awareness.
- Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools to identify and contact prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics and provide weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone and email to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and sales departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for raw talent and a hunger to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with social media platforms.
