Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for blogs, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing materials and graphics.
- Manage and update the company website content and manage CRM tools.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
