Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, verification, and entry of customer and sales data into our internal management systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered, identifying and resolving discrepancies immediately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Provide general administrative support to the department, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve data processing speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
