Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze raw data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate clear, actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
- Assist senior analysts in preparing comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the data management workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
