Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and event attendees
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies for guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness standards in public spaces and guest areas
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
