Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshooting: Assist customers with basic technical issues, software navigation, and account troubleshooting.
- Issue Resolution: Log and track customer issues in our CRM system and ensure resolutions are met efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by listening actively and resolving concerns empathetically.
- Documentation: Update customer profiles and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to learn best practices and improve support processes.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero to minimal professional experience who are eager to learn.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday) with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
