Responsibilities
- Assist incoming customers via phone, email, and chat regarding order status, shipping timelines, and account inquiries.
- Enter and verify customer data into our CRM systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the operations and shipping teams to resolve delivery discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on company processes.
- Document customer feedback and report common issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
