Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data within our internal database systems.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by providing clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary software tools to track ticket progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in daily training workshops to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
