Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product navigation, troubleshooting, and basic account inquiries.
- Document customer feedback and log technical issues for the internal support team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Learn and utilize internal CRM software and communication tools effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (equivalent experience accepted).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
