What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, or chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rate.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
