Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated customer records in our internal systems.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and providing product information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Update and organize digital files and administrative documents.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
