Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
