Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone and email.
- Order Processing: Accurately process new orders, returns, and exchanges.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in our database to ensure data accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet team targets.
- Documentation: Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
