Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and entering data into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to answer questions effectively.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
