Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on exceptional service.
- Assist customers in navigating our software solutions and resolving basic technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or service upgrades.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improve processes.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience required – we will train you!
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and follow standard operating procedures.
