Your Role
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will work in a supportive team environment where your contributions are valued.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information and resolve inquiries.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general product questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if remote.
