Responsibilities
- Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent support.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software to track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex features to new users.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and account status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
