Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new team members.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that drive business growth.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet quarterly targets.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for remote roles).
