Responsibilities

- Process orders, applications, and data entry tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Update customer records in our CRM system and maintain organized filing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Assist in training new team members as you advance in your role.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet for remote or hybrid options.
