Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone and email.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
- Conduct market research and analyze client feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales and retention targets.
- Represent the company brand at local community events and networking functions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco office.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
