Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Complete our structured onboarding and training curriculum to master product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and service expansion within your client base.
- Document client interactions and feedback to help improve our service offerings.
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews to track progress.
- Represent the brand professionally in all external communications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior customer service or sales experience required; we value potential over pedigree.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attitude: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
- Location: Must reside within the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
