Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify client needs and upsell opportunities.
- Document client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in the creation of training materials for new hires.

Qualifications
