Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and report generation.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product improvements.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
