Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to resolve inquiries and provide product information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Attend all training sessions and mentorship programs to develop professional skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and team goals.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account details.
- Identify upsell opportunities to increase customer value and revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
