- Collaborate with the senior support team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling high-volume weekend traffic.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
