Responsibilities
- Interact with a high volume of customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every interaction.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
