Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Process customer applications, orders, and information accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices for customer engagement.
Qualifications
