Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
