Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide technical support and general assistance.
- Learn and demonstrate our proprietary software suite to troubleshoot common client issues.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex problems and learn from senior agents.

Qualifications
