Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide top-tier support.
- Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and inventory data using internal software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications
