Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and efficiency.
- Handle escalations professionally and de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate computer software efficiently.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Resident of the El Paso, TX area preferred.
