Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM database with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment accuracy.

Qualifications
