Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to find the best solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach office.
