Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Conduct research to identify trends and areas where we can improve customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
