Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Assist customers with product information, account status, and order processing in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolve issues by researching solutions within established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining a high level of performance in call metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus (not required for this role).
