Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software or hardware problems for clients.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex tickets when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant service packages to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday (Shift times 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Reliable home office setup with a high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
