Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional events to better assist clients.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- No prior professional experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
