Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy in assigned departments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly stocking goals
- Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Drive location
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
