Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and professionalism to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using POS systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policy and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and conduct regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No prior experience necessary—we provide full on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
