Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate information about our services and inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of company products and policies to better assist our clientele.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
