Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for senior executives.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and guests at the front desk, managing reception duties and visitor log maintenance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and internal team activities.
- Research and compile information on various topics to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
