Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings for management.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks and update internal databases with accuracy.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the office is well-equipped.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees, answering questions as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
