Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations to prospective clients on weekends.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Complete our comprehensive on-the-job training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer acquisition and retention.
- Track sales data and prepare weekly performance reports to monitor progress.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during all client interactions.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; full training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
