Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Strategic Vision, identifying key growth areas and disruptive technologies.
- Analyze macro-economic trends and emerging tech (AI, Quantum, Web3) to forecast market shifts.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align the 2026 roadmap with company-wide objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee the R&D investment strategy, prioritizing initiatives that offer the highest long-term ROI.
- Champion a culture of innovation, fostering cross-functional teams focused on future-proofing our products.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Experience in the US tech market is required.
