- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap targeting 2026 milestones.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and assess their potential for commercial application.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource distribution for long-term strategic projects.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic planning, technology management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
